If you need to cancel your reservation up to two weeks prior to your arrival date, there is a $7,00 cancellation fee. If you are within two weeks of your arrival date, you will lose the $50 deposit or the total amount of your stay, whichever is less.

Birthday party for owner. It was clean and a great place for a gathering or to stay. Nice grass and shade. Well kept.

Owners were very nice and helpful. The grounds were clean and quite neighborhood. The only thing I did not like were the showers.

I stay up here... it is peaceful and quiet. The owners are awesome people. Reasonably priced showers and laundry all on premises
